We are finalising the content of this course and putting together all the worksheets and training videos and hope to have it all available for you soon.
In the meantime, we are still looking for a couple of practice owners who want to improve their business results so we can work with them and document the processes. We want to go through all of our ideas and help implement the most appropriate ones and prove they work. We ideally want to work with people in the South London or North Surrey area so we can actually meet up with you and work together.
We have created a presentation that explains our overall business development process and how the automated marketing systems fit with it. It lasts about 30 minutes and we think you would find it interesting.

Then, if you like us and what we are saying and we think you are a suitable person and business for us to work with, we can give it a go (if I don't think we will genuinely be able to help you make more money, I will say so). We will then give you a list of things to have a think about and maybe get some numbers on and we can then have a more formal meeting for a couple of hours to review your business and what you want to achieve. We will then come up with an action plan and you can decide what you want to implement and a timetable and we will help you.
